Each Recaro baby seat is built from a solid aluminum frame, with an expanded polystyrene foam cover around the headrest, for safe seating and traveling. It has side impact protection design (especially welcome for smaller vehicles), a 5 point safety harness, and a top tether for additional securing the seat to the vehicle.

Add to that, being able to adjust the Recaro baby seat as your infant grows, using a convenient latch system that adjusts for size, and a headrest that can be adjusted in any position for the best comfort. The positions are easily adjusted without worry about loops or threading straps. Side flaps help prevent rubbing or chafing. Additional safety comes from the unique clip on the infant’s primary chest belt, making it easy to safely strap in their wunderkind.

The Recaro baby seat is designed for rear facing positioning and easily changed for forward facing for older toddlers, using a latch-bar design, which can fit most vehicles.
