5. Fiat 500e: $10,700 – 13,900
Finally, let’s take a quick look at the Fiat 500e. Like Enyaq, this small city car starts with a 36kWh battery. It uses a turbocharged 1.0-liter four-cylinder engine that cranks out 104 hp, giving it a top speed of 70 mph and a driving range of 74 miles.
